Building, Delivering, Inspecting and More Since 1987

In 1987, Jim Wolfe Purchased the property where the present plant stands. The company began life with one Del Zotto septic tank form, a mixer, and one truck. The operation was originally housed in the great outdoors – no roof – no crane – just Jim, his mixer, his form and his truck. The property was a five-acre parcel located at the present plant site. For the first few months he had to use bags of cement to fill the mixer before the pour. His first crane was an air hoist. With the help of his three sons,  Jim, Chuck, and Steven, Evergreen Pre-cast began production. The growth of the company has been steady from that time to the present.

Evergreen Pre-Cast’s property size has grown from the original five acres to a 14-acre plant site, with a 10,000-sq. ft. plant with two six-ton bridge cranes. Our work force has grown steadily over the past fifteen years to 25 full time employees , who pour over three thousand tanks a year, mixing 50 yards of concrete per day. A new 1400-sq. ft. office building was constructed in 2001- A far cry from the original one room, one person job shack.

A commitment to production of a quality product , coupled with quality service, is the foundation of the company. Evergreen Pre-Cast’s success is due to hard work, quality employees, and persistence.

When people tell Jim how lucky he is to have the company, he borrows a phrase from Bill Del Zotto Sr. – “Remember, the harder you work, the luckier you get.”
